TCYBS 2012 Reschedule Game :: Class PG (Pee-Wee Girls)
Instructions
Please use this form to reschedule a game. Enter the original Schedule Date.
The Home Team select box will be populated with the teams that have a home game
scheduled on the selected date.
Enter the Resched Date on which the game will be played.
Select the Home Team to display the Visiting Team and populate the
Field selection box with valid field names.
Select the Field and the Time.
Enter the Name and Phone of the team manager.
Required fields are marked with an *. The form will
not be submitted until all required fields are entered. When Submit is selected,
captions of required fields not entered are changed to a red bold font to identify the
missing information.
The information entered on this form is emailed to the TCYBS. If you have any
questions or problems, contact the Scheduling Coordinator.
NOTE your IP address is captured as part of the email sent to TCYBS.
Fraudulent game result reporting will be reported to your ISP.
Scheduled Date
The date of the game as it appears on the printed schedule. If a
game has already been rescheduled to another date and has to
be rescheduled a second time, the original schedule date must be
selected, then the Reschedule Date set to the new game date.
Reschedule Date
The new date for the rescheduled game. Initially, it is set to
the schedule date and must be changed to the new date.
Reschedule Field
All home team fields and all visiting team fields are displayed.
This provides greater flexibility in rescheduling a game, especially
if the home team field has limited availability.
Reschedule Time
The available time slot(s) for the selected field. For weekend
games, there are time slots starting at 10:00 in one-half hour
increments to enable flexibility in scheduling multiple games
on the same field.
Manager Name
The manager's name that is rescheduling the game. The
home team manager is responsible to reschedule a game.
A person rescheduling a game for a team manager
must enter the team manager's name, then their
name in parenthesis.
